Job Descriptions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide detailed and accurate responses to client queries, offering information and assistance as needed.
- Address and resolve service-related issues, including delays, damages, and disputes, in a timely and effective manner.
- Escalate complex issues to higher levels of authority when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
- Facilitate communication between clients and various internal departments to meet client requirements and provide seamless service.
- Analyse data related to customer service performance, customer feedback, and service-related issues, and use data insights to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to ensure accurate and damage-free service delivery to clients.
- Prepare reports on customer service activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvements.
Requirement
- Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience in the logistics or related industry.
- Familiarity with sales and business development processes.
- Proficiency in managing multiple client inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
- Basic analytical skills to assess customer service performance and derive insights for improvements.
- Basic negotiation sills to address service-related issues and contribute to issue resolution.
- Commitment to maintaining service quality and ensuring accurate and damage-free service delivery.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to identify issues, find effective solutions, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and business requirements.
- Present a professional and customer-friendly demeanor in all client interactions.
- Able to commute to work to Nouvelle Kemuning Industrial Park, Seksyen 32, Shah Alam.
