Zone A – 35kg, Zone B – 30kg. But please do reach out to your nearest outlet for confirmation.

Actual weight is the total weight of the parcel and volumetric metric weight is based on length x width x height / 5000 (DIM factor). We will charge on whichever is higher.

International freight

  1. You will need to download the claim form here.
  2. After that please send an email to inquiry@yunda.asia.
  3. Your request will be processed within 14 working days.
    • Pictures (proof of evidence for damage /partially lost/wrong content items)
    • Complete Claim Form
    • Tracking Number
  4. After we receive all the information, we will start to review whether the compensation requirements have been met.

  1. Open WeChat and search for YUNDAASIA or here to register an account, you will get the address of our warehouse in China.
  2. Load up your cart and fill the receiver address as our China warehouse’s address.
  3. After the seller shipped, log in to your YUNDA Asia account that you registered via Wechat, and fill up your shipment details in ‘Add order number’.
  4. After all your package arrives at the warehouse, click ‘Apply to pack’ and complete the payment.
  5. Seat back and wait for your package to arrive!

Yes, they can. This is flexible and fully customized for all of our users, our system will automatically display the tracking information on your selling platform to your customer, so your customers are able to track the package by themself through provided package ID and tracking number.
Once the product is received completely, the product is placed in its designated storage location and the product quantities are added to the dashboard inventory page, which provides real-time inventory tracking. Once the order is received by our system, it will be picked up in the corresponding product area, packed and shipped. At the beginning and end of each step, we will keep track in the whole process and update to the system.
